The Danish cybersecurity company Munit.io is looking for a Product Specialist.

Our teams consist of engineers, programmers, and analysts who are experts in using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) for investigations. We develop intelligence solutions for commercial purposes, for LEAs and NGOs.
The role
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
– Learn and understand our core product SAGA®.
– Work closely with new – and train – new partners and clients and how to use and get the best of SAGA®.
– Manage incoming product configuration requests (via Jira helpdesk).
– Help to keep product documentation updated.

Required skills:
– Upper-Intermediate English.
– Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and desire to learn more about this field.
– Analytical skills.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
